I'll explain here step by step . I am going to tell you how to buy bitcoin with paypal but if you want to convert your bitcoin to paypal $ then you can reverse this process .

1. Log in to your virwox account
2. Click on "Deposit" in the left side manu.
3. Sellect following option

5. Pick the currency you want to deposit eg. EUR , USD , CHF , GBP (I picked USD for this post) .
6. Enter the amount you want to deposit in text box - this amount is subject to a limit based on how much old your account .
7. Click on checkout paypal button and complete the transaction
8. Now you will see this message                
9. Click on USD/SLL under the  EXCHANGE menu to the left side ( SSL stands for Second Life Linden )
10. Fill the amount of USD in text box that you want to spend and click on next to place an order .  
11. You will see this message                                  
12. Now click on BTC/SLL under the Exchange menu
13. Enter the amount of BTC you want to buy in text box ( minimum you can buy 0.02  BTC worth approx 5 USD ) and click Next button and place an order .
14. Order will be processed now look at account balance you'll see your BTC there .
15. Now click on withdraw under Myaccount menu to the left side .
16. Fill the amount of bitcoin you want to withdraw and enter your bitcoin address  then click "Request Withdrawal".
17. Your withdrwals will be processed instantly , after some confirmations . But as a new user 1st and 2nd time you do it , It may take up to 48 hours until they verify your virwox account otherwise it's all instant process .

Login to your bitcoin wallet you'll see your bitcoin there , in my I case I withdrew my BTC to block chain wallet .
